This agreement is a legal contract between you and Haoyong VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (the 'App').

Once you download or use this App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement. Please review it carefully before use. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, text translation, or derivative development of the App or related trademarks is prohibited. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, fees, or service content and will notify users when necessary. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality. We do not recommend jailbreaking or rooting devices because it may weaken system security and affect app operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. If service is unavailable because of device arrears, data limits, poor signal, or carrier restrictions, the Service Provider is not responsible. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. If you roam outside your country without a suitable data plan, roaming charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, ensure that you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Issues caused by low battery, system misconfiguration, or third-party platform changes are not covered by compensation. We try to provide accurate route information, but some data may come from partners, and we are not legally responsible for direct or indirect losses arising from that information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate service within a reasonable scope.
